Weapons

BigCo believes it is important to establish a clear policy that addresses weapons in the workplace. Specifically, BigCo prohibits all persons who enter company property from carrying a handgun, firearm, knife, brass knuckles, mace, pepper spray, or other prohibited weapon of any kind regardless of whether the person is licensed to carry the weapon or not.

The only exception to this policy will be police officers, security guards or persons who have been given written consent by BigCo to carry a weapon on the property.

Any employee disregarding this policy will be subject to immediate termination.
